American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR & AED
Heartsaver® CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking on an adult. This course teaches skills with AHA’s research-proven Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students’ learning of skills. This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements.
American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid
Heartsaver® First Aid is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies.
American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR, AED & First Aid
Heartsaver® CPR, AED and First Aid combines the knowledge and skills from both Heartsaver CPR / AED and Heartsaver First Aid in a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. This class is ideal for those looking to comply with OSHA or other regulatory requirements.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
The BLS for Healthcare Providers course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare and public safety professionals with the skills to keep people alive until they can be brought to a hospital or be treated with more advanced lifesaving measures. Students must pass a written exam and demonstrate skills proficiency in order to qualify for a BLS for Healthcare Provider Course Completion Card.
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Provider Course is designed for healthcare providers who either direct or participate in the resuscitation of a patient, whether in or out of hospital. The goal of the ACLS Provider Course is to improve the quality of care provided to the adult victim of a cardiac arrest or other cardiopulmonary emergency.
American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) will prepare you to respond to life-threatening emergencies in the pediatric population with advanced interventions. The goal of the PALS Course is to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children, resulting in improved outcomes.
